SWARM Biotactics pioneers bio-robotic swarms. Cockroaches equipped with custom sensing and communication backpacks collect real-time intelligence in GPS-denied, high-risk environments. Founded in 2024 with a €10M seed round, the startup targets defense, security and search & rescue applications. I built their complete visual identity system from scratch across web, investor decks, field-testing visuals and AI-animation foundations.

The challenge was communicating technology at the intersection of biology and robotics. I designed a cohesive visual language that adapted across formats while maintaining scientific credibility and strategic ambition. Every touchpoint, from website to pitch materials, balanced macro bio-robotic details with abstract swarm intelligence patterns.
